✅ WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
You may qualify if:
- You are a registered BON member as of September 8, 2025
(BON membership is separate from having a Certificate of Indian Status) - You were born on or before September 8, 2025
- If you have status to BON but are not yet registered:
👉 Submit your BON Membership Application by September 8, 2025 to be eligible
👥 DISBURSEMENTS
🧑🦳 ADULTS (18+)
- Eligible members will receive disbursement within 30 days of BON receiving your completed application
🧒 CHILDREN (Under 18)
- Must be status to BON and registered as of September 8, 2025
- Funds will be placed in a trust account managed by CIBC (Trustee)
- Funds become available when the child turns 18
- Parents/legal guardians cannot access these funds
- Quarterly financial reports ensure transparency
