NNADAP Program

Established in 1970, the program’s goals have been to help First Nation and Inuit communities to set up and operate programs aimed at reducing high levels of alcohol, drug and solvent abuse among on-reserve populations. There are 52 treatment centres throughout Canada with 4 treatment centres in Manitoba.

To network with other First Nations’ resources to establish prevention, intervention, treatment, training, research & development of NNADAP programming and activities.

To have culturally appropriate services and resources to eliminate the effects of alcohol and drug abuse and dependency.
