Brokenhead Ojibway Nation will be exercising our treaty and Inherited rights by implementing federal legislation know as, “Act representing First Nation, Métis, and Inuit Children and Families”, formerly known as Bill-C92. It is our responsibility to ensure the services delivery is being offered and extended with information to our Nation members, no matter the location and Jurisdiction.
Please answer as many of the following questions to help ensure your voice is heard on this exciting initiative. Upon completion of this survey, you will receive a 25$ Brokenhead Grocery Gift Card. One survey per member of Brokenhead Ojibway Nation will be eligible for a gift card. Must be 16 years of age or older to qualify. Urban members will get a Walmart gift card for completing the survey.
